Dr. Andrea Kaser:

Place of study: Kansas State University, College of Veterinary Medicine

Licensed since: 2006

Specialization: Small animal medicine and surgery, laser surgery, dentistry

Professional Development: After graduating cum laude as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State in 2006, Dr. Andrea Kaser, DVM worked in a mixed animal practice in Beverly Hills, Florida.  In 2010, Dr. Kaser took a position as an Associate Veterinarian at Shelton Veterinary Clinc in Palm Coast.  In June of 2012, Dr. Gary Shelton sold the Shelton Veterinary Clinic PC office to Dr. Kaser and her husband, Greg,  which they renamed Pine Lakes Animal Hospital.

Dr. Kaser and Greg enjoy spending time with their many animals including their dogs Jinx and Zoey, cats Oreo, Sherbert, Chip, Peeps and Jelly, horse General and cockatiels, Butters and Zazu.

Their favorite pass time is vacationing onboard a cruise and go scuba diving whenever they get the chance.

Dr. Kristin Kultgen Dominguez:

Place of study: University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine

Licensed since: 2006

Specialization: Small animal medicine and surgery, nutrition and mature companion animal care

Professional Development: Following graduation in 2006, Dr. Kristin interned at the University of Missouri-Columbia and then worked as an equine ambulatory veterinarian in her home state of Wisconsin (Go Packers!) from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, Dr. Kristin pursued an interest in small animal medicine (and warmer weather) and accepted an associateveterinary position at Shelton Veterinary Clinic in Bunnell, Florida. While working at Shelton Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Kristin met and became friends with Dr. Andrea Kaser. In an effort to hopefully come back to the area and work with Dr. Kaser, Dr. Kristin went to work in Daytona Beach from June 2013 until September 2015, when she happily accepted an associate veterinary position with Dr. Kaser and Pine Lakes Animal Hospital.

Dr. Kristin is married to her husband, Gonzalo, and she has three stepsons and one daughter. They have several dogs, a cat, a horse, guinea pigs and birds to also keep them company. When Dr. Kristin isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, her horse Stoney and gardening. Dr. Kristin is also bilingual in Spanish and English.

Kerry - Practice Manager

Kerry came to us in January 2012 from Best Friends Veterinary Hospital in Crossville, TN where she worked as a Practice Manager for 7 years.   Kerry started with Pine Lakes Animal Hospital on January 2012 and has proven to be a valuable asset to the practice. Kerry's primary responsibilities will include overseeing day to day business operations and managing staff. In particular, she brings a wealth of knowledge of veterinary medicine and strong leadership skills to the table.

Kerry and her husband, Ken, have 2 dogs, Jilly and Libby. 

Katie - Receptionist

Katie has worked in the clinic since December of 2011 but has worked in the veterinary field since 2006.  She is originally from Galena, Illinios but spent most of her life in St. Augustine. Katie can be seen at our front desk assisting clients or lending a helping hand to a technician.

Katie, her husband and son, share their house with 8 animals.  Their 3 dogs, Sampson, Kira and Blitz, 3 cats Smokey, Tallulah Belle and Bobbi, and 2 turtles, Bob Marley and Grey Goose.

Carolyn - Receptionist

Carolyn joined our team in Feb. 2012. Although Carolyn has no prior veterinary experience, she has picked up her position quickly.  Carolyn is originally from Encino, California.  Carolyn's excellent customer service and up-beat attitude, make her a excellent addition to the team, hopefully for years to come.

Carolyn and her husband have 3 dogs, Bella, Bruno and Basil and 3 cats, Reesey Ziggy and Mooney. 


Kelly – Technician/Receptionist

Kelly joined the Pine Lakes Animal Hospital team in the fall of 2012. Kelly graduated Michigan State University in 2012 with a degree in Animal Sciences. Kelly grew up in Dunkirk, New York but prefers the warm weather in Florida. Kelly is a die-hard MSU fan and was an animal trainer at Marineland. Kelly’s furry family members include her two black labs, Gidget and Gilligan.


Tracy – Technician/Receptionist

Tracy started as a volunteer with us in August of 2013 and joined us as a staff member in May of 2014. Tracy is currently pursuing a Veterinary Technician Associates Degree through Penn Foster College. Tracy grew up in Manteca, CA and moved to Palm Coast in 2001. Tracy and her husband have 3 dogs, Tori, Abby and Dunkin.

Lisa - Technician

Lisa started at Pine Lakes Animal Hospital as a veterinary technician in February of 2016. She grew up in Westerly, Rhode Island and moved to Palm Coast in 2001 with her husband and three children. Lisa has enjoyed working and caring for animals since she was a young girl. Lisa has been working as a veterinary assistant for the past 12 years.

Lisa and her family have an assortment of animals that have been adopted from a local rescue.

Carrie - Receptionist

Carrie joined Pine Lakes Animal Hospital in September of 2016.  Carrie has worked with animals for ten years. Her experience with animals began at a Pet Resort in Florida caring for the families furry friends in their absence.  Her compassion for both pets and their human companions then led to a career of comforting and helping families navigate through the loss of their beloved pets.

She was born in Red Bank, NJ into a military family and has lived several places. She moved to Palm Coast in 2010 and resides here with her husband Gregg and four human children. She will also tell you she has one "perfect" 10 yr old shihtzu named Caliapee and a spunky 3 yr old cat named Matilda. You can find Carrie at our frontdesk stop by and say hello. She also enjoys a good joke and loves to laugh!

Amanda - Technician

Amanda joined the Pine Lakes team in March of 2016. She grew up in Dixon, Illinois and was a nanny for 12 years in Boston and Summit, NJ where hiking in the Catskills with her dog, Jasper, was her favorite pastime.  She obtained her love of animals from an internship she was awarded through the state of Illinois at her local park district. While employed there she was active in their state wildlife rehabilitation program, working with owls, hawks, and other wildlife. She has lived in Palm Coast  since 2014 with her fiancé, Neal and her beloved Tibetan Terrier, Jasper.   

Sarah - Technician

Sarah joined Pine Lakes Animal Hospital in May 2016. She is a graduate of the Penn Foster Veterinary Assistant Program.  Sarah was born in St Augustine and now resides in Bunnell. 
She has wide assortment of pets including 3 dogs:Bear, Baylee and Cash, 5 horses: Dallas, Malibu, Jet, Hollywood and Max, a rabbit: Sally and her newest addition:a persian kitty: Timon. In her spare time she enjoys riding and training horses, going to the beach and spending time with her family.
